Completed in 2020, our two contemporary apartments are situated in a quiet dead end within a residential neighbourhood. Surrounded by open fields and traditional orchard meadows, they enjoy beautiful views of the countryside on the edge of the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve.

Each apartment offers 69 m² of thoughtfully designed living space, featuring two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the surrounding greenery. A complimentary parking space is provided directly in front of the house, with additional public parking available nearby.
