Welcome to Zeitlos

our split-level apartment located on the first floor of a well-kept residential building. Designed with a focus on comfort and understated elegance, it combines modern interiors with a warm and inviting atmosphere – the perfect place to relax and feel at home. Access is via a shared entrance and staircase. 

One of the highlights is the spacious, sun-filled balcony overlooking the surrounding greenery. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast, taking a quiet break during the day, or unwinding in the soft evening light, it's a peaceful space to slow down, breathe, and make the most of your time away.

Washing machine & dryer 

If needed, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available during your stay. Access is arranged in advance and a small fee applies.

Arrival & parking

The Zeitfrei apartments are easily accessible by both car and public transport. From the moment you set off, your stay begins with a sense of ease and simplicity. 

If you are arriving by car, you can drive directly to the property. A free parking space is available on site, with additional free parking options in the surrounding area. 

Getting here by public transport is also straightforward: from Kirchheim unter Teck train station, take the bus towards Jesingen and get off at the stop “Jesingen Wartehalle”. From there, it is just a short 3-minute walk (approx. 300 metres) to the apartments. 

Alternatively, a taxi from Kirchheim unter Teck station will bring you to us in just a few minutes, typically costing around €10–12.

Location & surroundings 

Our two Zeitfrei apartments are located in the peaceful district of Jesingen in Kirchheim unter Teck – a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by fields, meadows, and open nature. It’s a place where calm and wide views meet excellent accessibility. 

Where nature, city life and great connections come together

Kirchheim unter Teck’s historic old town is just a few minutes away – around 5 minutes by car, 9 minutes by bike, or a relaxed 20-minute walk. Here you’ll find beautifully preserved half-timbered houses, the historic city wall, narrow streets, as well as cafés, restaurants, and local markets – perfect for slow strolls and relaxed moments. 

Stuttgart is also close by and easily accessible. The city offers a wide range of highlights such as the Mercedes-Benz Museum, the Porsche Museum, the Wilhelma zoo and botanical gardens, and the Stuttgart TV tower. Stuttgart Airport and the trade fair grounds are just about 15 minutes away. 

A trip to Ulm is also worthwhile – about 45 minutes from here. The city is known for its impressive cathedral, charming old town, cosy cafés, and a particularly atmospheric Christmas market in winter. 

For nature lovers, relaxation begins right at the doorstep: the Swabian Jura Biosphere Reserve offers breathtaking viewpoints, hiking trails, and cycling routes through one of the most beautiful landscapes in southern Germany.
